Return & Refund Policy
OUR RETURN MALLETS POLICY:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
On MOST OF THE ITEMS we sell, you can return the item to us, and as long as it is in good shape, we will refund your purchase price, less 5% fee, which covers all the credit card or PayPal fees.Unless you damaged it. Or messed it up bad. Then talk to us.
On a return because you do not like an item, versus a mistake on our part, Malletland does not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund your initial shipping cost that was from us to you.
However, if your return is due to our mess-up, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our main office.If any item was damaged in shipping, contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.
Refund policy:
To cancel an order that you have placed with Malletland Percussion, you must contact us by email (info@malletland.com) as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it is not yet in production. When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number, and contact information. If possible, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. Please note that once it is in production, the order cannot be cancelled. Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accommodate refunds or returns for products no longer wanted.
If there is an issue with your order or any of your sticks and mallets, please contact us and we will make it right.
